Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return & exchange. (For example, if the tracking information shows it was delivered on the 10th, you could request a return & exchange before the 17th.)

Note: We have two warehouses globally — in the US and China. Customers in the US can return items to the US warehouse. Customers in other regions need to return items to China.

US Return and Refund Guidelines:

  1. Click on Start A Return and choose a reason for return.
  2. We will review your request within 24 hours. Please wait patiently.
  3. You’ll need the email address associated with your purchase or your order number.
  4. You’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email.
    (Shipping costs for your return will be deducted from your refund.)
  5. Upload the tracking number on the Return Page after you ship it back.
  6. We recommend obtaining a receipt from USPS when dropping off your return.
  7. After we receive the item, the refund will be processed.

International Returns:

  1. Click on Start A Return and choose a reason for return.
  2. We will review your request within 24 hours. Please wait patiently.
  3. You’ll receive instructions and a return address via email.
  4. You must provide your own shipping label. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
  5. Upload your tracking number after shipment.
  6. Include your order number and name inside the return package.
  7. Refund will be processed after we receive the item.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Please confirm stock availability before requesting an exchange.
  • The fastest way is to return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
  • If you do not want to make a separate purchase, request a return and you will receive credit for your next order.
  • Upload the tracking number after shipping the item back.
  • Exchange items will be shipped once we receive your return.

Important Notes:

  1. To be eligible for return & exchange, your item must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
